Just one year after releasing part 1 of his Terrain Vague series, Mathis Bozzolo is back with a Vol.2. This time joined by fellow snowboarders Louis Labertrande, Wouter Grout, and Guilhem Apilli, Mathis Bozzolo headed out to the region of Montgenèvre in the Southern French Alps for four days of exploration of the local grounds.
Offering a heavy dose of skills and expertise, Vol.2 is a high-paced, energy-packed visual adventure.
Set to the sound of 70's South Korean rock, it offers a continuation of the initial chapter’s experimentation between musical inspiration and terrain discovery. At the forefront of the project’s soundtrack sits Seoul-native band Sanulim, widely renowned as one of the country’s rock pioneers.
Filmed and edited by Rodrigue Llado and shot by Alicia Mermillod, the short movie is an introduction to Europe’s winter season, with the four riders working their way between pristine stretches of snow and grassy areas with absolute ease.
